We unfortunately cannot offer refunds on earrings due to hygiene reasons. This does also include sets, as they are sold as one piece.

In regards to Rings, Bracelets and Chains, if there is a change of mind, you will need to please make contact with us first and have these item/s returned to us within 10 working days, all in its original condition and packaging.
